How long will I have access for?

Yes. You can add and pay for new seats at any time via your account. Or get in touch with our support team for assistance.
When will I get my invoice?
You will receive an invoice for your records by email within 48 hours of purchase.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. You can cancel for a full refund up-to 14 calendar days after your purchase. Any certificates issued in this time will be voided.
How can I cancel?
If you want to cancel you an simply disable “auto-billing” in your account. Your plan will then expire at the end of the current billing period – at this point your team will lose access to their courses. You can also reach out to our support team for help.
Why does my receipt/invoice show an “adjustment”?
This is just how the plan is displayed in our system. We use an adjustment in our systems to balance the plan. This makes sure that your team plan works out at ยฃ236 per team per year (including 20 seats) and that any additional seats are charged at ยฃ7.90.
I don’t need 20 seats. Is there a lower seat option available?
For smaller teams you can either purchase courses individually. However in many cases, even with a smaller team the Measured Collective Plus plan works out better value – it’s also easier to manage with minimal admin work required for payments.
