What's included in Measured Collective Plus?
Plus gives you access to all our paid courses for 12 months, including GDPR Essentials, GDPR Refresher, and PECR for Marketers. You also get an admin dashboard to invite and manage team members, downloadable certificates, and any new courses released during your subscription period.
How many team members can I add?
The base Plus subscription includes 20 seats. You can add additional seats at £7.50 each. There's no upper limit - add as many team members as you need.
Can team members take multiple courses?
Yes! Each team member gets full access to all courses. They can complete as many courses as they like and earn certificates for each one completed.
What happens after 12 months?
Your subscription can be renewed annually. Team members keep their certificates permanently. If you choose not to renew, course access ends but all earned certificates remain valid.
How do I manage my team?
Your admin dashboard lets you invite and manage team members. You can also see which courses each team member has completed.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Plus doesn't meet your needs, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
Can I pay with a purchase order/on-invoice?
Yes you can select "bank-transfer" on sign-up, this will create your account and get your details into our system but you will not have access to the materials until you make payment. You can then provide our team with any required purchase order number via support@measuredcollective.com - we'll be happy to help. And from there your admin team can make a payment.
Can I reassign seats?
Seats are locked to individuals for the 12-month subscription period. If a team member leaves, their seat can't be transferred until renewal. However, you can invite new team members to any unused seats at any time.
