LMS Course Access

Money-Back Guarantee

Purchasers receive 14-day refunds. Cancellation requires email notification to support@measuredcollective.com within 14 calendar days. Refunds process within 14 days (3-7 working days bank processing). Certificates earned during this period are voided. Refund processing may prohibit future repurchases.

Course Modifications

Measured Collective reserves the right to cancel or edit a course when required. Discontinued courses receive alternative delivery methods or replacement courses.

Seat Restrictions

Seats cannot transfer to external organisations without written agreement. Seats cannot be resold.


Measured Collective Plus Subscription

Subscription Details

Recurring billing (monthly/annual) continues until cancellation via account settings or support email.

Payment Authority

Card details must remain current. Organisational liability persists even with contact detail changes.

Price Increases

We will notify you at least 28 days before the applicable renewal date of price changes, enabling cancellation decisions.

Service Access

Expired subscriptions or overdue payments halt access. Restoration may require 7 business days.

Notifications

Email notifications address subscription changes and expiration. Marketing preferences may limit renewal notices.

Seat Assignment

Each seat assigns once per access period. Reassignment occurs during 30-day renewal windows. External organisation restrictions and resale prohibitions apply.


Self-Hosted Courses

License Terms

Standard Payment Terms

Upfront Payment

Services begin after payment receipt via debit/credit card or BACS. No payment means no access.

Invoice Terms

When available, payment terms are: Payment should be settled within 30 days of invoice date via bank transfer. Late payment incurs interest (at 8% over the Bank of England base rate) and compensation for debt recovery costs.
