How to Request a Refund
Email support@measuredcollective.com within 14 days of your purchase with:
- Your order number (you can find this in your confirmation email or account)
- Your name and email address used for purchase
- The course(s) you wish to refund
- Your reason for requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)
Including your order number helps us find your order faster and process your refund more quickly.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of your request
- Funds typically appear in your account within 3-7 working days after processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method

- Any certificates earned during the refund period will be voided
