All course purchases come with a 14-day, 100% money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your course for any reason, simply request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@measuredcollective.com within 14 days of your purchase with:

  • Your order number (you can find this in your confirmation email or account)
  • Your name and email address used for purchase
  • The course(s) you wish to refund
  • Your reason for requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Including your order number helps us find your order faster and process your refund more quickly.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of your request
  • Funds typically appear in your account within 3-7 working days after processing
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Important Notes

  • Any certificates earned during the refund period will be voided
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days of purchase
  • This policy applies to individual course purchases and Measured Collective Plus subscriptions

SCORM License Refunds

For SCORM license purchases, please contact sales@measuredcollective.com to discuss refund options. Due to the nature of downloadable content, SCORM refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
